Request ProposalProject Cost
What affects RTO system cost?
RTO cost is not decided by airflow alone. Two proposals with the same nominal capacity can have very different safety scope, controls, heat recovery and installation boundary.

Technical factors
- Airflow capacity, VOC concentration and total VOC load.
- Two-bed, three-bed, rotary concentrator or catalytic route.
- Combustion chamber size, insulation, steel structure and ceramic media volume.
- Burner, fan, valves, dampers, instruments, PLC and HMI selection.
- LEL monitoring, bypass, explosion relief and emergency safety logic.
Commercial boundary factors
Export packing, ductwork, stack, insulation, electrical cabinet, installation supervision, commissioning support, spare parts and documentation can all affect the final project budget.
How to compare quotations
Ask each supplier to mark included and excluded scope clearly. Confirm utility assumptions, emission target, control logic, site installation responsibility and warranty terms before choosing a lower price.
Need a budgetary quotation?
Send site data and required scope. SERNO can prepare a practical budget range and identify major cost drivers.
