Where an RTO is usually considered
RTO equipment is commonly selected when VOC concentration is suitable for thermal oxidation and the production line runs for long hours. The ceramic heat storage beds recover heat from treated gas and preheat incoming exhaust, reducing fuel consumption after the system reaches stable operation.

- Two-bed, three-bed or multi-bed RTO structure based on flow stability and emission target.
- Ceramic media, combustion chamber, burner, switching valves, fans, ducting and stack coordination.
- LEL monitoring, fresh air dilution, emergency bypass, explosion relief and purge logic where required.
- Heat recovery review for ovens, dryers or process air when the site can reuse thermal energy.
