Solvent dryer exhaust from gravure printing lines

Buyer problem: continuous solvent exhaust from printing and lamination dryers requires stable VOC destruction, safe operation and lower fuel consumption during long production hours.

Typical exhaust
Medium to high solvent concentration, ethyl acetate, toluene or mixed ink solvent, elevated dryer temperature.
Recommended route
RTO system, with heat recovery review for dryer or process air when reuse is practical.

Coating Workshop

High-airflow, lower-concentration workshop VOC stream

Buyer problem: a large ventilation volume makes direct oxidation oversized, while VOC concentration is too low for efficient fuel use without concentration.

Large airflow from coating rooms or curing areas, lower VOC concentration, variable humidity and possible paint mist risk.
Recommended route
Zeolite rotor concentrator plus RTO after humidity, dust and solvent compatibility review.

Chemical Process

VOC exhaust requiring catalyst compatibility review

Buyer problem: the plant wants lower oxidation temperature, but catalyst life depends on solvent composition, impurities and pretreatment quality.

Typical exhaust
Solvent VOC stream with possible concentration fluctuation, moisture, trace dust or components that may affect catalyst.
Recommended route
RCO if catalyst poisoning risk is acceptable; otherwise RTO or pretreatment plus oxidation.

Recommended route
Activated carbon adsorption-desorption plus catalytic combustion furnace, when catalyst compatibility is confirmed.
