Printing and Flexible Packaging
Solvent dryer exhaust from gravure printing lines
Buyer problem: continuous solvent exhaust from printing and lamination dryers requires stable VOC destruction, safe operation and lower fuel consumption during long production hours.
- Typical exhaust
- Medium to high solvent concentration, ethyl acetate, toluene or mixed ink solvent, elevated dryer temperature.
- Recommended route
- RTO system, with heat recovery review for dryer or process air when reuse is practical.

- RTO body, burner, ceramic media, valves, fan, PLC/HMI, LEL monitoring, purge and emergency bypass logic.

Coating Workshop
High-airflow, lower-concentration workshop VOC stream
Buyer problem: a large ventilation volume makes direct oxidation oversized, while VOC concentration is too low for efficient fuel use without concentration.
- Typical exhaust
- Large airflow from coating rooms or curing areas, lower VOC concentration, variable humidity and possible paint mist risk.
- Recommended route
- Zeolite rotor concentrator plus RTO after humidity, dust and solvent compatibility review.
- SERNO scope
- Rotor concentrator, desorption heater, RTO unit, fans, filters, valves, fire protection and integrated controls.
- Data to send
- Total airflow, VOC concentration, solvent type, humidity, paint mist condition and production schedule.

Chemical Process
VOC exhaust requiring catalyst compatibility review
Buyer problem: the plant wants lower oxidation temperature, but catalyst life depends on solvent composition, impurities and pretreatment quality.
- Typical exhaust
- Solvent VOC stream with possible concentration fluctuation, moisture, trace dust or components that may affect catalyst.
- Recommended route
- RCO if catalyst poisoning risk is acceptable; otherwise RTO or pretreatment plus oxidation.
- SERNO scope
- Catalyst chamber, regenerative heat exchange, preheating system, filtration interface, PLC/HMI and safety interlocks.
- Data to send
- VOC list, impurity risk, concentration range, exhaust temperature, humidity and local emission target.

Adsorption Desorption
Activated carbon desorption gas treatment
Buyer problem: low-concentration exhaust is first adsorbed by carbon beds, then concentrated desorption gas needs compact oxidation treatment.
- Typical exhaust
- Intermittent concentrated desorption airflow with solvent peaks, regeneration cycle changes and temperature control requirements.
- Recommended route
- Activated carbon adsorption-desorption plus catalytic combustion furnace, when catalyst compatibility is confirmed.
- SERNO scope
- Catalytic chamber, catalyst, heater, heat exchanger, temperature monitoring, emergency purge and carbon-bed integration review.
- Data to send
- Adsorption bed quantity, desorption airflow, cycle time, solvent type, concentration range and emission limit.

Automotive Parts Coating
Coating and drying exhaust with safety review
Buyer problem: coating lines often combine booth exhaust, flash-off zones and drying ovens, so collection balance and explosion safety must be reviewed before quotation.
- Typical exhaust
- Mixed coating solvent, variable airflow, possible paint mist and temperature differences between collection points.
- Recommended route
- RTO or Rotor RTO depending on airflow, concentration and collection strategy.
- SERNO scope
- Process selection, oxidizer equipment, LEL monitoring, dilution/bypass logic, control system and documentation support.

Electronics and Materials
Clean process VOC exhaust with strict emission target
Buyer problem: materials or electronics production can require stable outlet emissions, careful pretreatment and reliable controls without interrupting production.
- Typical exhaust
- Medium or low VOC concentration, possible humidity sensitivity, long operating schedule and strict plant reliability expectations.
- Recommended route
- RTO, Rotor RTO or RCO after solvent compatibility and site utility review.
- SERNO scope
- Equipment selection, controls, safety interlocks, drawings, export packaging and remote installation/commissioning coordination.
- Data to send
